iTunes Asks For A Password I Never Set to Unlock Encrypted Backup

On 10.2 on a 5s and using Win 7 Ultimate - My existing password works fine to log onto the iTunes store, but fails on the Backup Encryption barrier (which I've never used or wanted).

I've gone back and tried every Apple ID & Password ive ever had, and even tried my Window log on password, none of which work. What fresh **** is this?

Thanks Again Apple. Any suggestions on how to get out of this dead end?
